Saddle Up for Down Home Ranch! ✨

Join us in supporting Down Home Ranch, a McBride Foundation grantee, at its 23rd Annual Gala, Rhinestone Cowboy, on September 26. It promises to be a fun-filled evening of dinner, auctions, dancing, and plenty of western sparkle—all while supporting a wonderful mission. Gala proceeds help Down Home Ranch provide residential, camp, day, and respite programs that create meaningful opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Grab your boots, add a little bling, and come celebrate a great organization doing important work in our community!

Pheasant Hunt In Kansas (November 18, 2026)

Austin Woods and Waters 2026 Pheasant Hunt

Join us to hunt pheasants at Upland Inn in Greensburg, Kansas November 18^th, 19^th and 20^th which is the first week of the Kansas pheasant season This conservation success story is located in southern Kansas on twenty-thousand acres of native prairie grasses.

The cost of $1,590 includes 3 days hunting with a 4-cock bird daily limit, lodging, all meals, experienced guides, and well-trained pointing and retrieving hunting dogs. Half of the total cost will hold your reservation for a spot, and the remainder will be due upon arrival at Upland Inn. We’ll be sending in our reservations April 1, so sign up now!

Deposit due at time of sign up. Registration deadline is Wednesday April 29, 2026.

November Fishing Trip (November 18, 2026)

Join us for a 4-hour morning fishing trip on Lake Belton for white bass and hybrids. All catch and release.

Limited to (6) attendees.

Total cost is $110 per person. $50 deposit due to Kevin McConnell via Venmo (@kmcaustin) to secure the spot.
